Spouse retires to avoid paying spousal support.
My spousal support was ended because of retirement. I have a suspicion that my ex had intentionally staged his retirement to avoid paying spousal support. His retirement lasted 2 months and now he is back in his previous position. Can I expect the support to be as it was prior to his “announcement” of retirement?
