Can I get a plea bargain for a DUI in Pennsylvania?
I had been recently charged with a DUI in Pennsylvania. The initial breath test had shown a .05, which is still illegal due to me being under 21. However, seeing that the Inoxylizer wasn’t operational they had to issue a blood test which showed a reading .00 because of the time that elapsed (2 hours). My question is, how likely am I to get out of this, or at least settle for a plea bargain?
