Can a passenger seek compensation in a car accident?
My son was a passenger in a wrong way driver accident. The driver of the car he was in was at fault. Although he didn’t have any physical injuries, he has since developed anxiety due to the emotional trauma he had experienced. He has been going to therapy regularly since the occurrence and the costs are beginning to become overwhelming. Is there any recourse for us to recoup payment for therapy? Can a passenger seek compensation in a car accident?
