Ask a Question
Am I allowed to move from my marital home?
I have been living in the marital home since my wife left me last year. Since the the divorce and due to the expenses that accompanied it, I can no longer afford the home. My ex claims I cannot just leave home and move, but on the flip side, she can’t afford it either. At this point, the bank can have it back. I realize it will ruin my credit but it is pretty much ruined already. Is there anything that says I cannot move out?
